MOSCATEL DE ALEJANDRÍA
Variedad cuyo cultivo en nuestra zona está muy extendido por las careacterísticas de clima que exige. Elaborado a partir del mosto flor sin someter la uva a presión y a temperatura controlada de 17ºC. Es un vino seco que no hay que confundir con el vino de licor que también se obtiene de esta uva.
Como aperitivo y para acompañar pescado, mariscos y arroces poco condimentados.
COLOR:

Brillante muy pálido con reflejos verdes.
AROMA: Intenso. Floral con recuerdos a jazmín, característico de la variedad.
SABOR: Sedoso, con ligera acidez que recuerda a los cítricos. Ligeramente amargo.
Persistente en el paladar.

As an appetiser, it is ideal to accompany fishes, sea food and rice not very seasoned.
